About As You Are Photography

Hi, I’m Bradley (he/him), a photographer based in Burlington, Vermont, capturing real people and real moments across community events, portraits, and professional headshots.

Photography has always been about connection for me. I love the energy of a crowded event, the quiet confidence of a natural headshot, and the honest, in-between moments that make people feel seen. My goal is to create images that feel grounded, genuine, and reflective of who you are — as you are.

Clients describe my work as warm, relaxed, and quietly intentional. I don’t over-pose or over-edit. I guide when needed, but mostly I observe, letting moments unfold naturally while making sure you feel comfortable throughout the process.

Outside of photography, I’m a scientist finishing my PhD in chemistry, a coffee enthusiast, and a cat dad to my Bengal, Orchid. A big believer in community-driven stories, I started As You Are Photography to offer something simple: honest work for people doing meaningful things.
