Service Description
Get an updated headshot that feels professional and authentic. These quick outdoor sessions use natural light and simple backgrounds around campus for a clean, approachable look perfect for LinkedIn, applications, or research bios. Details: 10-minute outdoor session Posing and expression coaching (no experience needed) Private proof gallery to choose your favorites 2 fully retouched final images (no over-editing) Crops per image: Standard (2:3) and square (1:1) Proof gallery deliver in 3 business days Final images delivered within 5 business days after selection Rush delivery is available. Offered select Mondays and Tuesdays from March through May. It’s simple, quick, and right on campus. Just show up ready to go, and I’ll handle the rest!
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, your payment may be transferred to another available time slot (if spots are open) or apply it toward a future portrait session. Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shorter session to keep the day on schedule. If you do not show up for your scheduled mini session and have not contacted me in advance, your payment will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a future booking. Because sessions are limited and scheduled back-to-back, no-shows cannot be rescheduled. In the event of heavy rain or unsafe weather, sessions will be rescheduled to a backup date, and I will contact you directly with updates. Proof galleries will be delivered within 3 business days of your session, with final edited images selected and delivered digitally. Additional edits will also be available for purchase after delivery.
